|09:45 – 10:45||What is GDPR and why do you care? (Karel Holst)||Skype for Business Cloud PBX In the Real World (Tom Arbuthnot)
Skype for Business Cloud PBX has been available globally for over a year now, so we’ve had some real world customer deployments and hands-on experience. In this session, we will cover the Skype for Business deployment models, from 100% cloud to hybrid to 100% on premise. We will explain how features like PSTN Calling, PSTN Conferencing, Auto Attendants, Call Queues and Reporting work with hands-on demos and customer stories.
|11:00 – 12:00||Securing Exchange Online (Dave Stork)
In this session Dave Stork will go through the capabilities of Exchange Online (Office 365) to further secure your email data and mail flow. Questions like:
|Microsoft Bot Framework: changing how we communicate with users (Tom Morgan)
Three-Quarters of American smartphone users download a grand total of ZERO new apps a month. We spend the majority of our screen time using just three apps, with the average American spending half their time in just one – and it’s a messaging app. Move over apps: bots are an important part of the UC jigsaw, they’re disruptive, and they’re here to stay. The Microsoft Bot Framework lets everyone (not just developers) create new communication applications and harness the power of Microsoft Cognitive Services to interact with users in new and exciting ways. In this talk we’ll look at the different tools available for building bots and how the Bot Framework integrates with Skype, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams so that you can not only create a great bot experience but also deliver it to users in the ways they expect. Expect lots of live demos!
|12:00 – 12:50||Lunch & Sponsor Sessions|
|12:50 – 13:50||Office 365 Groups & Compliance (Tony Redmond)||Troubleshooting packet loss, is it really the network? (Steven Van Houttum)
Packet loss can have a devastating effect on your call quality, and quite often the network gets the blame. In this session, we will look at differentiating between server and network related issues, and how to solve them.
|14:00 – 15:00||Identity Management and Migrating Mailboxes (Jaap Wesselius)
There are several ways to migrate your mailbox, all have their advantages and disadvantages. Which option you can use depends on how you do your user (and mailbox) management. In this session we will cover Identity Management first and then move to the various options for moving mailboxes, ranging from Cutover Exchange Migration (CEM) to Hybrid Solutions and where 3rd party solutions come into play. And we will discuss why you need an Exchange server on-premises, even when all your Mailboxes are in the Cloud.
|How to work with Call Quality in Skype for Business (Stale Hanssen)
What is the best way to work with Call Quality in a Skype for Business solution? Using Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) of course! MVP Ståle Hansen wil explain where CQD fits within the Call Quality Methodology (CQM) and the Skype Operations Framework (SOF). He will show you best practices and how to understand the results both for online and on-premises including diving in to the new and anticipated Call Analytics.
|15:15- 16:15||Surprise-session (Michael Van Horenbeeck)||The Secrets of Media Flows in Skype for Business (Johan Delimon)
This session will guide you through a journey exploring all the aspects of settings up Media Session on Skype for Business, getting down to the nitty gritty details of the STUN, TURN and ICE process and what happens when media sessions are setup, all about networking to fully understand how Skype for Business works on various networks and what Network components can do to harm or do unexpected things. The session covers both Skype for Business Online as well as Skype for Business Server
|16:25 – 17:30||Ask the Experts|
|17:30 – 18:00||Closing words & evening reception|
